 I grew up in New York City, and graduated from the Convent of the Sacred Heart. I studied art and art history at Mount Holyoke College and Pratt Institute. I’ve had a lifelong interest in architecture and home design. My late husband was a well known furniture designer for major manufacturers. I assisted him on several interior design projects, but always found myself drawn to the kitchen. I love to cook, I felt I really understood how we use our kitchens. I’ve now designed -- and produced -- a number of excellent, carefully crafted kitchens in this area. Before going on my own, I worked in high-end showrooms in Connecticut and Westchester. I live now in New Canaan with my daughter.
